OUR MISSION
The mission of SIP SAN DIEGO is to increase awareness of locally crafted, artisanal wine, mead and cider while creating a collaborative community for our skilled city wine, mead and cider makers.
It is also our intention to encourage San Diegans, if they have the means, to “Sip Small” every opportunity they have; opting for purchasing locally crafted beverages as opposed to the mainstream brands. These unprecedented times have taken a monumental toll on small businesses, especially right here in San Diego, a craft beverage mecca. Show your support and... SIP SMALL. SIP SAN DIEGO.
WHO WE ARE
SIP SAN DIEGO is a nonprofit collective of urban wineries, meaderies and cideries located throughout the entire county of San Diego. Our dedicated members source superior fruit and ingredients to produce award-winning beverages in spaces throughout the urban core of San Diego. We encourage an exploration of the San Diego urban wine, mead and cider scene to fully experience the craft beverage renaissance unfolding in our city.
WANT TO JOIN US?
SIP San Diego has a place for everyone in the beverage industry! General membership is for local, urban producers of wine, cider, and mead. Associate members have local tasting rooms (but can produce anywhere), and Affiliate members are any business with an interest in our industry!
